All orders will be delivered by a tail-lift lorry (with pump truck) so it is important that any restricted access details are advised prior to delivery. The load will be dropped, at the driver's discretion, to the nearest and safest point to your property. The driver cannot help with handling stone into your property, so please try to arrange for somebody to help with the offload.

Care needs to be taken when unpacking the stone as wooded or stone spacers may need to be removed from the packaging before the stone can be lifted out. The stone should always be stacked and stored vertically (on edge) but not on a hard surface as this can cause unnecessary edge chipping.

All orders must be examined on delivery and any shortages, damages or other discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours.

Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm unless otherwise stated in writing. There must be someone available at the property to receive and sign for the goods being delivered. If there is no one present at the property when the delivery van arrives or if any obstructions cause the goods not to be delivered - the goods will be retained by the driver and you (the customer) will be responsible for any re delivery or storage charges.
